مطور الأعمال هو الشخص المسؤول عن تطوير استراتيجيات جديدة لزيادة الإيرادات وتعزيز نمو الشركة في صناعة العطور ومستحضرات التجميل. يتطلب هذا الدور مهارات تحليلية قوية وفهمًا عميقًا للسوق، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والشركاء. يتعاون مطور الأعمال مع الفرق المختلفة داخل الشركة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التجارية وتوسيع نطاق الأعمال. Responsibilities:

  1. تحديد الفرص التجارية الجديدة من خلال البحث وتحليل السوق.
  2. تطوير استراتيجيات تسويقية لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
  3. بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والشركاء المحتملين.
  4. تقديم العروض التقديمية للمنتجات والخدمات للعملاء.
  5. التفاوض على العقود والشروط مع العملاء.
  6. تتبع وتحليل أداء المبيعات وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة.
  7. تنظيم الفعاليات والمعارض لتعزيز العلامة التجارية.
  8. التعاون مع فرق التسويق والمبيعات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.
  9. تقديم المشورة للإدارة بشأن الاتجاهات السوقية والتغيرات في سلوك المستهلك.
  10. تطوير برامج تدريبية للموظفين الجدد في مجال تطوير الأعمال.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. خبرة سابقة في مجال تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات.
  2. مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على بناء العلاقات.
  3. قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.
  4. فهم عميق لصناعة العطور ومستحضرات التجميل.
  5. مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات.
  6. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
  7. قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
  8. شغف بالتسويق والمبيعات.
  9. مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت.
  10. إبداع في التفكير وتقديم الحلول.
Skills
  • مهارات تحليل السوق وفهم الاتجاهات.
  • قدرة على التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات.
  • مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء (CRM).
  • قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحفيز الآخرين.
  • إبداع في تطوير استراتيجيات تسويقية جديدة.
  • معرفة قوية بمنتجات العطور ومستحضرات التجميل.
  • مهارات إدارة الوقت والقدرة على تحديد الأولويات.
