Job brief We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead to join our team and lead our growing team of developers. As a Technical Lead, you will be overseeing the development and delivery of various products within the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases, including product management, design, and quality assurance. Responsibilities

• Transform abstract ideas into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that result in user-friendly experiences.
• Support the client's product vision through thorough research, ideation, sketching, and prototyping for digital products.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, and mock-ups that are tailored for various devices and interfaces.
• Recognize design challenges and create refined solutions.
• Offer design and user-experience recommendations for both existing and new features.
• Apply a user-centric design strategy to swiftly test and refine designs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Operate autonomously or within a diverse design team.
• Pose insightful queries, embrace calculated risks, and advocate for innovative concepts.

• Looking for candidates with four or more years of UX/UI design experience.
• Candidates with a background in designing intricate solutions for comprehensive digital landscapes and global brands will be given preference.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with a command of standard UX and design tools like Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, XD, and Photoshop. Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3 is beneficial.
• Capable of collaborating with clients to grasp detailed requirements and craft comprehensive user experiences aligned with their needs.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Extensive experience leveraging UX design best practices, including a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Proficient in user-centered design (UCD), conducting usability tests, rapid prototyping, UX analysis, and integrating accessibility features into design.
• Skilled in efficiently iterating designs and solutions.
• Adept at communicating design processes, concepts, and solutions effectively to project stakeholders.
• Capable of thriving in a team environment by translating abstract ideas into tangible design strategies.
• Ability to interpret and understand client briefs effectively.
• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism to refine work.
• Keen to stay updated with the latest design trends and UX methodologies.
• Competent in developing and working with user interface design systems.
