Rust Back-End Engineer

Radom is at the forefront of crypto payments and financial infrastructure, providing innovative solutions to empower businesses. As we continue to grow rapidly, we're looking for a talented Rust Back-End Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building robust, scalable, and efficient systems. While your primary focus will be back-end development, some experience with TypeScript would be a welcome advantage. Your Role: You’ll work closely with our CTO and engineering team to design, develop, and optimize the back-end of our platform, including:

• Core Services Development: Build and maintain payment flows, crypto custody solutions, invoicing systems, open banking integrations, and settlement processes.
• API Architecture: Design and develop RESTful APIs and back-end systems to support our front-end engineers and external partners.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure our platform is fast, efficient, and highly reliable by writing clean, optimized Rust code.
• Data Management: Implement secure and scalable systems for data handling, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaboration: Work alongside our front-end engineers to ensure seamless integration and deliver an exceptional user experience.

• Proficiency in Rust: Strong experience building production-ready back-end systems in Rust, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.
• API Development: Expertise in creating and integrating RESTful APIs to support various client and partner use cases.
• Database Management: Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, or other modern data storage solutions.
• Concurrency & Performance: Familiarity with Rust's concurrency model and ability to build scalable, high-performance applications.
• Security First: Strong understanding of security best practices for handling financial and user data.
• TypeScript Skills (Advantageous): While not mandatory, experience with TypeScript and front-end interaction would be beneficial for collaboration and troubleshooting.
