The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual with exposure in a similar role or industry to join our team as the Branch Manager in Bibra Lake . More importantly, we are seeking people with a fantastic attitude who want to grow professionally in a company that values hard work and rewards results. The primary function of this role is to lead the Bibra Lake team, be responsible for providing structure and discipline to the branch operations and is focused on providing excellent customer service to our client base within a safe working environment. You will work closely with the Sales Manager on strategic planning, proactively sourcing leads and opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service experience, preferably in a sales or trade environment Knowledgeable on steel building products Forklift ticket is desirable but not mandatory Previous experience with leading teams or in management role/s Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced settings Ability to communicate and collaborate closely with others Display initiative and proactive approach to work Experience with quoting, processing, and invoicing Why CMI?
