Job Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
