Role Overview We're seeking a Personal Care Attendant to join our team at Springfield Vista Retirement Living. The Opportunity As a Personal Care Attendant, you'll play a vital role in promoting the independence and well-being of our residents. You'll provide daily care services, including personal support, domestic cleaning, and general administrative duties. • Provide safe and effective daily personal care tailored to each resident's needs
• Assist residents with tasks such as medical and personal support, domestic cleaning, and general administrative duties
• Support residents with recreational and social activities
• Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety incidents Requirements
• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Current Police Check clearance
