Job Description: As our Maintenance Gardener, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our gardens, grounds and fixtures around the retirement community. You'll attend to various maintenance requests around the village (basic domestic repair tasks), carry out preventative maintenance tasks (e.g high-pressure cleaning, smoke alarm checks and bins etc.), and maintain all village gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and green waste removal. You'll also use our system app to log, track and record the progress of jobs completed, and help out around the village with additional tasks. And don't forget to be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team!
