About the Role We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Cleveland Heights Retirement Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality daily care services to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to enhance the independence and well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective daily personal care tailored to individual resident needs
- Assist residents with medical and personal support, domestic cleaning, and general administrative duties
- Support residents with recreational and social activities
- Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (required)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
- Competitive hourly rate with 25% casual loading + super + aged care award entitlements
