The key responsibility of the Sales Assistance Team Leader is to ensure our Sales Assistance and Business Development Service is delivered to clients in a timely fashion, to budget, and with quality results.We are looking for applicants with experience in SMEs, ideally with exposure to both Operations and commercial Sales, who are growth-minded and looking for an opportunity to move into Leadership & Management.This role involves managing a team of Sales Assistants - answering their day-to-day questions, removing roadblocks, and ensuring they are performing to a high standard. Resources and personnel must be allocated appropriately to deliver the best service for our clients. Projects must be administered correctly, including set-up of systems internally, liaising with clients, assisting with sales strategy, measuring results, quality checking calls, and developing both internal and external reports.
