The analysis role forms part of the Delivery Practice and is integral to the successful delivery of ASB's strategic outcomes. We have a variety of roles for Senior Business Data Analysts. The fundamentals of the role include enabling great customer outcomes by providing business analysis services to our business partners - defining needs, supporting ongoing communication, and validating that the solution delivers value. This Analyst role focuses on supporting technical data analysis across many strategic technology projects. Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful? You will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with demonstrable skills, including:
- Strong technical skills relating to data driven requirements elicitation, requirements management, and data mining analysis capabilities across a range of projects
- Effective communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- A strong focus on building positive professional relationships, fostering a collaborative team working environment
- Talent for analytical thinking and problem solving
- The ability to get to the simple essence of what customers value
- Ethics, personal accountability, integrity, self-organisation, and time-management
- A growth and results mindset to explore and learn new concepts, ideas, and continuous improvement opportunities
- An understanding of how information fits into a larger context and what details are important
