- Reconfigure pipelines, boards, and workflows to support agile delivery.
- Implement CI/CD processes to enable efficient and reliable software deployment.
- Collaborate with Agile Delivery Coaches to tailor tools and features to project needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement best practices for leveraging tools in agile settings.
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to teams on effective use of ADO.
- Continuously refine configurations to optimize productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Proven hands-on experience configuring and managing Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
