About Fitness Passport Fitness Passport is a corporate health and wellbeing program and since 2006, we have provided members and their families with access to a wide range of fitness facilities. We partner with the public sector, corporate employers and leading fitness facilities across Australia and New Zealand. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Network Partnerships Manager to collaborate directly with our facility network to support our continued success. *Fully remote role aside from site visits, candidate may be located in Auckland, Queenstown, Wellington or Christchurch About you

- Most importantly, you have a passion for wellbeing and a keen interest in the fitness and wellbeing industry
- Establish and nurture partnerships, leveraging an understanding of network and industry changes
- Use data-driven insights and strategic negotiations to ensure long-term partnerships
- Prepare and present analytics to external stakeholders
- Contract administration meeting organisational objectives
- Resolve escalated queries to enhance partner satisfaction
- Represent the brand at facility and industry networking events
- Provide reporting for internal stakeholders highlighting partnership performance, potential risks and key insights
- Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making skills
- Experience in sales or relationship management, with KPI led success
- Confident negotiation skills, achieving wins for multiple parties
- Developed interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with facility partners
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, supporting others when needed
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred
- Experience with CRM database would be highly desirable
- Experience with membership-based organisation would be desirable
