You will play a crucial part in building solutions that will eventually reach external clients while mentoring a team of specialists. 1. Design and build a Portfolio Management Platform using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Dataverse, and AI integrations).
2. Provide mentorship to team members, including AI Specialists and UX Designers, driving technical excellence.
3. Collaborate across multiple departments to build scalable solutions that serve as a foundation for client-facing projects.
4. Serve as a technical visionary, identifying growth and innovation opportunities.
5. Contribute to product development with a client-focused mindset.

Key Skills and Experience

1. Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Pages and Dataverse.
2. Proven track record of delivering client-facing solutions with a growth-oriented perspective.
3. Strong ability to mentor and technically guide a diverse team.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a broad technical vision.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
6. Adaptability to a dynamic and flexible working environment.
