Chrisjac are looking for a Office Administration Assistant/Clerk to be employed by a leading food supplier and distribution company based at Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam. Hours of work will be 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday-Friday. About the jobThis is a full-time permanent position based at business operations office in Section U5, Shah Alam. The role is primarily to help facilitate the smooth running of the office administrative operations activities. Job Responsibilities:·Preparing, recording and ensure proper filling of invoices, delivery order and delivery documents.·Receiving, generating, updating, submitting and record keeping of all invoice related documents.·Maintain proper record keeping and organization of filing system.·Additional duties will include generating reports, cross checking information and general administration duties.RequirementsMalaysian Female with minimum SPM/UEC qualification.Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numeracy skills.Have accurate and fast typing/data entry skills.Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Possess own vehicle or have access to a reliable means of transport as public transport is inadequate in this part of Shah Alam.
