Responsibilities : Full-cycle Recruitment:
- Partner with internal hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through online platforms, industry events, networking, and other creative methods.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other talent pools to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and recruitment best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and HR team regarding market trends, candidate availability, and competitive positioning.
- Manage employer branding efforts through LinkedIn, hiring platforms, and the ATS to attract and engage top talent.
- Develop and maintain compelling content to showcase the company culture and values.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for various functional areas, such as finance, operations, technology, etc.
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and online platforms for candidate sourcing and assessment.
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions
