Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel with 2-3 years of experience specializing in labor laws and DOLE-related disputes to join our expanding team. As our business continues to grow, we need a dedicated professional to ensure compliance with Philippine regulations while supporting our commitment to providing exemplary employer-of-record services.Technical Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Management, or equivalent.
- Admission to the Philippine Bar is a must.
- Experience in working in a law firm is a must.
- 2-3 years of experience in labor law, employment relations, or legal compliance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws (e.g., DOLE regulations, Data Privacy Act) and exposure to cross-border employment are preferred.
- Experience handling labor disputes, arbitrations, and NLRC cases.
- Experience in EOR or remote staffing industries.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and policy frameworks.
- Effective use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with a keen interest in learning AI tools.
