Looking for professionals who have relevant design experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical and having good knowledge in the following activities: • 15+ years of experience. • Instrument / JB Modelling – SP3D and/or PDS. • Cable tray modeling including tray supports – SP3D and/or PDS. • Trench and Duct Bank Routing – SP3D and/or PDS. • Preparation of Instrument Layout. • Preparation of Cable tray routing layout along with supporting details • 2D Extraction from 3D model. • Instrument Installation Drawing. • Junction Box Schedule, Cable Schedule, Drum Schedule. • Control room Cable Routing and Equipment Layout. • Cable Block Diagram. • Bulk MTO (Cables, Junction Boxes and Hook-up items). • Requisition for Inquiry and Purchase of Bulk Materials. • Technical Bid Evaluation of Offers for Bulk Materials. • Vendor Documents Review Bulk Materials. It will be added advantage if the candidates have knowledge or work experience on below SPI features; * Wiring setup in SPI-INTools for Instruments and Control/Safety Systems * Loop diagram and Termination Diagram in SPI. * Instrument Segment Diagrams (Foundation Fieldbus)* Hookup assignment is SPI and drawings generation. * Smart Plant Review (SPR)* SPI-INTools (Index /Wiring / Loop / Hook-Up/ Modules, Document Binder, Browser and EDE) Required Skills/Abilities * Diploma in Engineering from an accredited college or university. * Software Skills required: SP3D, E3D, PDS, PDMS, NAVISWORK, AUTOCAD, BRICS-CAD, Microsoft Office
