Duck Creek Technical Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (PM) with expertise in Duck Creek Technologies to lead and manage the successful delivery of insurance technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Duck Creekâs suite (Policy, Billing, Claims), exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims , and/or Insights modules.
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author, Forms, Templates, and configuration tools.
- Understanding of Duck Creek architecture, integration frameworks (APIs, microservices), and deployment in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL Server), data migration strategies, and system integration best practices.
- Proven experience managing Duck Creek implementations or enhancements for insurance clients.
- Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies .
- Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Monday.com .
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years specific to Duck Creek projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Insurance domain knowledge is a must, including P&C or life insurance processes.
