Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Education Consultant located in Aseem Commercial Spaces, Koregaon Park Annex, Pune. The consultant will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students, helping with university selection, offering visa & immigration support, and guiding students through the study abroad process. A brief overview of job responsibilities are as follows:

• Guide prospective international students through the entire study abroad journey.
• Provide expert counseling on academic programs, admissions requirements, visa procedures, and overall student support.
• Assist students with the online application process, including document submission and fee payments.
• Conduct outreach activities, including presentations, workshops, and online events.
• Facilitating and Organizing International University visits to the Center
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and partners abroad.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Social Media initiatives to enhance student services.
• Ensure accurate and timely application filing and follow up
• Participate in workshops, Seminars and other outreach programs as needed
• Have a consultative approach

• Educational Consulting and Education skills
• Experience in consulting and communication
• Customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of study abroad programs and university applications
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Master's degree in Psychology, International Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in international education or a related field.
• Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or counseling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
• Understanding of International Education Landscape
