If you’re passionate about building cutting-edge solutions, enjoy fine-tuning models for efficiency, and thrive in a remote environment, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, train, and deploy object detection models tailored to specific use cases. - Optimize ML algorithms and pipelines to ensure high performance, fast inference speeds, and efficient resource utilization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into larger systems or applications. - Conduct research and stay up to date on the latest advancements in object detection and model optimization techniques. - Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing ML models and systems. - Document methodologies, processes, and results for stakeholders. **Qualifications** - Minimum 3 years of Solution Architecture experience as a ML Scientist - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in object detection techniques (e.g., YOLO, SSD, Faster R-CNN) and their application to real-world problems. - Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Expertise in optimizing ML models for low latency, high throughput, and minimal resource consumption. - Strong understanding of algorithm design, computer vision, and deep learning principles. - Familiarity with deployment frameworks (e.g., ONNX, TensorRT) and cloud platforms for hosting ML models. - Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for ML projects. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with distributed computing or parallel processing for large-scale ML workflows. - Familiarity with hardware accelerators (e.g., GPUs, TPUs) for ML model optimization. - Background in related areas like image processing, feature engineering, or edge computing. **What We Offer** - Flexible remote work environment. - Competitive contract rates. - Opportunity to work on impactful and cutting-edge ML projects. - Collaborative and supportive team culture.  We look forward to reviewing your application!
