Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Admin Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing our Zoho CRM system for MSBC Group, ensuring optimal utilization of its features, and providing business intelligence that supports decision-making and drives business growth. This role involves managing client records, coordinating for campaigns, and producing actionable insights through dashboards and reporting. Key Responsibilities Zoho CRM Management:

  • Take ownership to optimize Zoho CRM Plus to maximize its functionality and alignment with business needs while liaising with stakeholders in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing & Technical Team.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Zoho CRM with other business tools and platforms, such as Lusha, Teams, Calendly, and more.
Reporting and Business Intelligence:
  • Generate and analyze reports from Zoho CRM to provide actionable business insights.
  • Support the development of business intelligence capabilities, including website analysis and other management information systems.
Client Records Maintenance:
  • Ensure client records are accurate and complete.
  • Set reminders and follow up on outstanding tasks to maintain data integrity and workflow efficiency.
Marketing Campaign Support:
  • Assist in configuring and analyzing marketing campaigns within Zoho CRM, including:
  • Weekly news updates, newsletters, and blog publishing for existing prospects and clients.
  • Configuring email sequences targeted at potential clients.
  • Set up other outreach campaigns as required.
Development Opportunities:
  • Collaborate with the team to evolve and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities across various divisions and teams.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM administration—skills in Zoho are a huge plus.
  • Proven track record of configuring, running, and managing campaigns and generating business intelligence reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in client data management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with website analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
