• Process payroll and calculate wages, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Manage payroll software (e.g., Vishva Payroll, Pocket HR MIS).
• Address employee inquiries about compensation and benefits.
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee information.
• Stay updated on labor legislation and statutory requirements.
