Position Overview: We are seeking a highly competent Administration Manager (Ex- Servicemen) [Preferably Local] to join our team for an exciting and challenging Greenfield project in Devprayag District: Tehri , Uttarakhand . The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Security, HR and Administration with a deep understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This role involves preparing risk assessments, implementing security plans, ensuring compliance with worker welfare policies and maintaining accurate HR records. The Administration Manager will also play a key role in coordinating site events, managing relationships with local authorities and ensuring the security of the site. Key Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive risk assessments for the site and implement safety plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Make changes as necessary to address emerging risks and safety concerns. Ensure adherence to all worker welfare policies and statutory compliance requirements, including ESIC / WC, Form A, B, C, D and attendance management. Ensure all documents pertaining to the HR are ready and available for the audit by the Govt / 3rd party agency. Maintain accurate records of all personnel working on-site, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the Project teams to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operational processes. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local villages (Sarpanch), government authorities and law enforcement agencies to facilitate timely support when required. Organize and coordinate VIP visits, official meetings and other site events, ensuring all necessary administrative arrangements are in place. Installation and Monitoring of CCTV including maintenance activities to ensure 100% up time. Report incident and carryout the investigation. Safeguard vital assets and key points within the premises, ensuring proper security measures are in place to prevent theft damage or unauthorized access. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessments and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, government authorities and external stakeholders.
