Associate Consultant (Strength Practice Area)

Job Title: Associate Consultant – Strengths Practice Area Location: [Remote/hybrid] Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Consultant to join our Strengths Practice Area team at NamanHR. This role is wonderful for someone passionate about psychology, behavioral sciences, and strengths-based development. Key Responsibilities: Operational Support:

• Manage and maintain databases related to strengths-based programs and initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of data to enhance program content and client offerings.

Content Development:

• Collaborate on creating, updating, and refining content for strengths-based learning programs, services, and initiatives.
• Assist in designing marketing collaterals to generate market enthusiasm for our strengths services.

Client Engagement & Sales Support:

• Work closely with the sales team to promote and sell public programs related to strengths-based development.
• Serve as a key resource for day-to-day operations and client interactions.

Strategic Collaboration:

• Act as sounding board to the Strengths Practice Area Head, supporting strategic goals and initiatives.
• Has worked on Strengths based Development initiatives using Strengths tool viz. Clifton Strengths, VIA, Strengths Core, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a Strengths related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong commitment to work, high enthusiasm, and innovative thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools is a plus.
