- Lead Conversion: Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and close the deals on call or virtual meetings.
- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers through outbound calls
- Revenue Generation: Exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals.
- Cross-Selling/Upselling: Recommend complementary products to new and existing customers.
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead)
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers
- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied
- Experience: 06 Months – 3 years in a sales role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Communication: Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Sales Savvy: Familiarity with the sales cycle, customer engagement strategies, and CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
