  • Lead Conversion: Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and close the deals on call or virtual meetings.
  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers through outbound calls
  • Revenue Generation: Exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals.
  • Cross-Selling/Upselling: Recommend complementary products to new and existing customers.
  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead)
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 06 Months – 3 years in a sales role 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Communication: Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • Sales Savvy: Familiarity with the sales cycle, customer engagement strategies, and CRM tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
