Your Role As a Python Developer , you’ll play a crucial role in building the backbone of our platform. Leveraging modern tools and frameworks, you’ll design, develop, and optimize our backend systems to ensure seamless functionality and scalability. Your contributions will empower lawyers to work more efficiently while pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve in the legal sector. What You’ll Do • Develop and maintain robust, high-performance backend services using FastAPI . • Design and optimize databases with PostgreSQL to ensure scalability and performance. • Integrate and manage search functionality using Elasticsearch . • Collaborate with the product and frontend teams to implement new features and enhancements. • Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices. • Monitor and optimize the system for speed, reliability, and scalability. What We’re Looking For • Education : Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience : 5+ years in backend development with strong expertise in FastAPI , PostgreSQL , and Elasticsearch . • Skills : Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluent communication in English . Nice-to-Haves • Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems is highly desirable. • Familiarity with AI technologies or a keen interest in the legal sector . • Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
