As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires the use of recruitment technology tools and managing the process for client roles. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process. Key Accountabilities: Things you will do:
- Support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLAs/KPIs are met.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process utilising relevant recruitment technology applications.
- Deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations.
- Deliver excellent candidate experience; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date.
- Support the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer.
- Manage the offer process and close the candidate.
- Proactively manage future demand by facilitating demand planning meetings to discuss forecasts with client resourcing lead team.
- Implement Talent Pooling plan and report on progress regularly.
- Previous In-house recruitment experience.
- Experience of hiring within the Irish market.
- Experience of recruiting for Tech roles (ideally Engineers/Scrum).
- High volume recruitment experience.
- Experience of recruiting across the professional services sector.
- Experience of sourcing for candidates.
- Experience of managing client and candidate relationships.
- Experience of using technology in a professional environment.
