They are now seeking a Solicitor with strong Conveyancing and Probate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Residential and commercial property transactions, handling sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing.
- Review and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to property transactions.
- Advise clients on all aspects of property law.
- Work closely with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other professionals to ensure efficient and seamless property transactions.
- Guide clients through all stages of the probate process, offering clear and reliable advice on estate administration.
- Prepare and file applications for grants of probate and letters of administration.
- Provide guidance to clients with asset identification, valuation, distribution, and tax issues in estate administration.
- Advise executors, administrators, and beneficiaries on their rights and responsibilities.
- Represent clients in contested probate matters and disputes over wills or estates.
- Provide estate planning advice, including drafting wills.
Qualifications and skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in conveyancing and probate law.
- Expertise: Extensive knowledge of property law, probate law, and estate administration.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.
- Client-Centered: A strong focus on client satisfaction, with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and efficient team environment.
