Early Years Educator

Description: Danú Childcare, located in Rathmore Co. Kerry, is seeking a kind and caring Early Years Educator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. Responsibilities:

1. Carry out observations of children’s development and behaviour.
2. Help to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum.
3. Maintain open and effective communication with parents, children, and fellow staff members.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare facility.
5. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children.
6. Adhere to all health, safety, and childcare regulations and guidelines.

1. QQI Level 5 or 6 qualification in Childcare.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
4. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
5. Ability to work Monday to Friday on a part-time basis.
