Position: Remote Bilingual Audio Interpreter (English & Mandarin) Contract Duration: 3 months (renewable based on performance and business needs) Location: Fully Work-from-Home (within Singapore region) Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday, on a roster) Working Hours: 8-hour shifts between 9pm to 9am (based on roster) What You’ll Do: Provide real-time audio interpretation between English and Mandarin speakers to serve the stakeholders from China & US. Handle conversations sensitively, including emergency or critical topics (e.g., 911 calls, medical discussions). Ensure accurate and clear interpretation, following guidelines. Maintain professionalism and neutrality at all times. No Experience? No Problem! Training provided to ensure you’re fully prepared for the role. No prior experience or specific qualifications required. What You’ll Need: Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken). A stable home Wi-Fi connection. A compatible device (smartphone, iPad, or laptop).
