Job Title: Senior Private Banker - Private Banking Locations: Dubai Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of experienced private bankers in one of the world’s leading Swiss private banks.
- Develop and oversee a personal AUM portfolio of $250 million, ensuring high performance and growth.
- Onboard and manage a team, bringing a collective track record of success and extensive client relationships.
- Serve ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) with a minimum ticket size of $2 million per client.
- Drive business development initiatives while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams across wealth management, investment banking, and other divisions to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage a personal AUM portfolio of $250 million or more.
- Strong network of UHNWI clients with demonstrable success in developing and retaining client relationships.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to bring an established team to the bank.
- Competitive remuneration, with a 20%-40% increase on the current package.
