With the power to influence key decision-makers, youll help fuel our business pipeline while meeting and exceeding weekly call and conversion targets! Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling in a finance and insurance-focused environment.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
• Work with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to track and manage leads, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Collaborate with the management team to build and refine sales strategies for better results.
• Meet and exceed weekly call and conversion targets, continuously improving sales outcomes.
• Provide accurate reporting and feedback to management on progress and pipeline status.

• Proven experience in the finance and insurance industries.
• Strong background in a call centre or outbound sales role, with a track record of success.
• Excellent communication skills and a persuasive phone manner.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot.
