Are you passionate about guiding students through the challenges of high school and helping them unlock their potential? We are seeking a dedicated High School Counselor to join our team, supporting students in their academic, emotional, and social growth while preparing them for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional challenges
2. Develop and implement programs to support students’ well-being
3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive school environment
4. Assist students with goal setting, decision-making, and conflict resolution
5. Monitor academic progress and offer guidance for improving performance
6. Provide resources and support for post-secondary planning

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field
2. Certification as a School Counselor is preferred
3. Proven experience in counseling at the high school level
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
