Escher uses Salesforce as its CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool and is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will ensure that data is kept up to date and accurate. This is a pivotal role as it will allow Salesforce to be used by the Services, Sales, and Finance Teams to accurately forecast sales, staffing levels, and revenue throughout the year. It will also allow real-time reporting to be produced which will show performance year to date by Department and individuals within teams. While this role will be based in Sales, there will be a need to work closely with Finance and Services to ensure input from all data points. This will also ensure a common understanding of data is applied across the business. This will be a hybrid role that can be location independent with a requirement to go into our Dublin Office at Stephens’s Green 2-3 days per week, or as required. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience of using Salesforce as an administration tool which supports the running of the business. You will need to be a detail-oriented person who is focused on the delivery of clear data sets and reports. You will be used to running meetings with Executives, holding them to account, and producing detailed reports which will be viewed at the leadership level. Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and in a software sales environment. Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- You will be responsible for ensuring Salesforce is kept up to date and is producing meaningful reports to aid the operation of the business.
- Manage regular meetings with the Sales Representatives, Services Team and Finance to ensure all inputs are accurate.
- Produce reports showing Sales pipeline across territories and by Sales Representative.
- Monitor progress of Sales opportunities throughout the Sales lifecycle, which can be long in the Postal industry.
- Develop Salesforce to produce ad-hoc reports, as requested.
- Assist in the forecasting of resources required to deliver projects, based on projected close dates.
- Maintain documentation in Salesforce to ensure contracts, proposals, bid templates are all latest version and signed off.
- Assist in the production of customer proposals.
