Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELV Projects Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of complex low-current systems projects across Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, he will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets; responsibility matrix to clarify the scope with other project stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Initiate and attend kick-off meetings with sales and presales; arrange another meeting with the clients.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct and prepare regular project reviews and status reports.
  • Resolve project issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ELV project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including but not limited to Security Systems, Life Safety, Lighting Control, ICT, and AV systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, P6).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience in working with international clients and vendors.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
