Role Description As a Personal Development Specialist, you will provide strategic insights and motivational support, helping clients navigate obstacles, set clear goals, and pursue their ambitions. You’ll enjoy the freedom to choose your clients, work location, and schedule. This flexible, commission-based role allows you to create a meaningful impact while continuing your own growth journey. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote coaching sessions with clients on personalized goal-setting, leadership, and business strategy.
- Develop individualized action plans to guide clients through personal and professional development.
- Attend three weekly training and development calls to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Implement online marketing strategies (training provided) to engage and attract potential clients.
- Build supportive, trust-based client relationships to foster confidence, resilience, and sustained growth.
- Continuously invest in your own personal and professional growth.
- 3+ years of experience in business coaching, consulting, or leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in business strategy, personal development, and team dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Self-driven and results-oriented approach to achieving goals
