Core Responsibility:

Represents Otis's vision, mission and cultural values
  • Ensures alignment with company values and financial objectives
  • Develops and implements strategic plans for Sales Departments in line with the organizational objectives.
  • Develops strategies together with the operation teams for client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively contributes to company’s growth plan.
  • Acts as primary point of contact for Key Clients.
  • Works closely with Sales and Customer support teams
  • Helps the teams to build trusting and long-term relationships with the key stakeholders
  • Understands well the Client business needs and pain points and address them accordingly aligning with relevant departments
  • Collaborates with operation teams to create tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Communicates Client feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Supports contract negotiations with Clients as needed.
  • Actively seeks and introduces new Clients and segments.
  • Monitors market trends to identify opportunities for new offerings

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales/Business Management or equivalent
  • Master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managing client relations and/or business development in a similar organization.
  • At least 5 years in positions of key accounts management.
  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English essential.
