Team Manager

Key responsibilities of this Team Manager job:

• Driving sales and KPI’s through a large team.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
• Effectively leading your team through motivation, training, and coaching.
• Providing leadership within your department while achieving sales growth through identifying, developing, and coaching talent.
• Identifying commercial opportunities.
• Conducting performance appraisals when required and supporting talent and succession planning for your team.

• 2-3+ years of retail management experience in grocery, DIY retail, or high-volume big box non-food/fashion retail.
• Proven track record of managing teams of 10+.
• Excellent commercial, visual, and customer service skills.
