We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth. A strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for identifying opportunities to upsell products or services and expand account portfolios. The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments and drive business success. Proficiency in CRM software and a customer-centric approach are critical for managing key accounts efficiently. The Key Account Manager should be proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to identifying market trends and recommending strategies to enhance customer engagement will be key to success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Use CRM software to manage key account portfolios efficiently.
