Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance data workflows for high-volume enterprise environments. Job Requirements Proven experience in mainframe development, with hands-on expertise in VSAM. Strong programming skills in COBOL, JCL, or similar mainframe languages. Experience in data migration and integration from mainframe systems to external platforms. Familiarity with enterprise database systems or ERP solutions. Industry experience in banking, supply chain, or manufacturing is highly preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
