Commercial Management Job Vacancy - Tier 1 Consultancy

Location: Riyadh

Salary: 45,000 SAR Per Month Total Package

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

MRICS Commercial Manager Jobs Saudi Arabia: Stafford Lawrence is engaged on behalf of a construction cost consultancy client to find an MRICS Commercial Manager for a full-time permanent position in Saudi Arabia, KSA. This is a prestigious role working on a mega project in Riyadh.

Requirements for the Commercial Manager Jobs KSA - Middle East Job Vacancies

The title of this vacancy states MRICS . A Chartered Member of MRICS is a requirement. Please only apply to this vacancy if you are a fully Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Quantity Surveyors as we cannot accept candidates without this. Please Note: ALL 7 of the following requirements MUST be met:
  1. 10-12 (max) years post-degree experience as a Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor.
  2. Previous Middle East experience is NOT a requirement for this role.
  3. You must have Entertainment project experience to include Cinemas and or Theatres.
  4. In addition, you must hold MRICS Chartered Status.
  5. Experience with a Construction Consultancy organisation. Preference for Tier 1 Consultancy. We cannot accept CVs from main contractor or housing developer candidates.
  6. A degree qualification in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognised University.
  7. Solid PRE and POST contract experience.

Salaries for Commercial Managers in the Middle East Saudi

This is a full-time permanent job vacancy for a Commercial Manager based in Riyadh, KSA.
  • A total package salary (tax-free) of 43,000-46,000 SAR , in addition to a salary you will also receive the following: Total Package means (salary, accommodation allowance and transport allowance).
  • In addition, Mobilisation and demobilisation flights.
  • Laptop, Mobile Phone.
  • Medical Cover is provided on top.
  • Visa costs.
  • Bonus as per Saudi Law.
