Job Description

Responsible for warehouse in terms of receiving and delivering materials.
Maintain the warehouse in good condition, report in case of any required maintenance and ensure the maintenance is done.
Maximum/Optimum Utilization of available Warehouse space and ensure materials are stored accordingly.
Arrange the items inside the warehouse using FIFO “First In – First Out” and FEFO “First Expiry – First Out”.
Follow up with the concerned persons to receive the delivery note to proceed with the receiving and delivery of the order/shipment process.
Timely updating of operational stakeholders like Sales and Sales Support team soon upon materials delivery to customer.
Physical verification of incoming materials for quantity correctness prior to recording as Stock-In.
Weekly/Monthly update of ALL Existing Stock to Sales & Finance Team.
Manage the shipping of materials from/to stores.
Communicate with the clients to arrange for the delivery of their orders “location, time, etc.”.
Provide the required tools and utilities to deliver the order to the client “forklifts, labours, etc.”.
Ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
Ensure all required papers and documents are available, accurate, and correct.
Prompt Coordination with customers upon receipt of shipment delivery request/notice from Sales/Sales Support team.
Ensure Packings/Palletizing of goods with strapping are done to minimum acceptable industry standards.
Ensure recommended temperature is maintained throughout in AC storage area.
Make sure all required procedures are followed for repacking the material as per request from Sales team and report regularly in this request to all stakeholders with QA/QC supportive documents on time.
Any other assigned duties might be related to the job.

Job Requirements

BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
Working knowledge of legal regulations.
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to input, retrieve, and analyse data.
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
