Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance of production equipment. Report in writing for maintenance carried out. Provide support for network, security, server, UPS, and mission-critical systems. Perform other job responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in supporting network, security, server, UPS, and mission-critical systems with a stringent SLA of 99.9%. Customer-oriented with a high level of service attitude. Good listening and analytical skills. Able to understand system and architecture diagrams. Able to understand the user operation environment. Experience in product support, including CCTV, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Experience in providing remote support service when required.
