  1. Assist and develop Industrial Master Planning opportunities and projects that combine the capabilities of different Advisian business lines.
  2. Help to strengthen the integration of the TIL team with other disciplines leading significant industrial and infrastructure projects.
  3. Have an interest in the regional and global transition of energy renewables.
  4. Assist in growing an expert Infrastructure Consulting services offering.
  5. Proactively engage in the Business Development interface for Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics Business Line.
  6. Contribute to the Advisian TIL Business Development Strategy.
  7. Assist and represent the industrial infrastructure disciplines in client engagements.
  8. Be part of a team responsible for the delivery of projects.
  9. Work with project managers and be involved in project management.
  10. Support the team on proposals and methodologies.
  11. Engage directly in key pursuit activities to develop our growth strategy.
Skills/qualifications required:
  1. Relevant years’ experience in a master planning design role.
  2. Experience in leading a master planning team.
  3. Strong network of clients and co-professionals.
  4. Excellent communication skills (graphically and verbally).
  5. Strategic thinker, curious, analytical, and interested in outside-box solutions.
  6. Collaborative and comfortable in group workshop environments.
  7. Always seeking innovation and continual improvement.
  8. Understand the importance of a clear narrative and story-driven approach.
  9. Ability to travel and work with a global team.
  10. Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written); Arabic speaking will be an advantage.
