We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Marketing & Communication professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. As a Marketing Executive, you are responsible for assisting the Marketing & Communication Team in the organization of events and seeking related sponsorship to cover all expenses while bringing revenue to the hotel. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Assist in maintaining and implementing an effective filing and administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization.
  2. Identify and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events and target specific ones related to each event separately.
  3. Negotiate and handle potential sponsors and ultimately close advantageous arrangements.
  4. Socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients.
  5. Formulate all correspondence related to the sponsorship proposals, negotiations, and others.
  6. Assist in handling events with the concerned departments within the hotel to ensure that all branding for sponsors is as agreed in contracts.
  7. Assist in maintaining an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national, and international to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions.
  8. Host members of the media, strategic partners, and top clients at property functions/events.
  9. Assist in the production of all promotional material, including gathering supporting data and collateral material.
  10. Take photographs of all internal functions, banquets, conference functions, and VIPs.
Skills Education, Qualifications & Experiences You should be an advertising, marketing, or communication graduate with preferable experience in a similar field. You must be computer literate with effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and preferably in Arabic as well. Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, vibrant, and innovative individual. You will be able to work independently and promote the brand image and market status at all times, while also maintaining accurate documentation and account records on all clients assigned.
