We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. You will partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while building a strong employer brand. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for technical roles.
  2. Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical teams, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
  4. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
  5. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction to improve processes.
  6. Leverage advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Skills Required:
  1. Bachelor's degree in HR or Engineering.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and improve processes.
  5. Knowledge of diversity hiring practices is a plus.
