We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team at a retail company based in Riffa. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the organization of merchandise. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales process from initial customer contact to the final sale. - Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring products are properly displayed. - Respond to customer inquiries, provide assistance, and offer product recommendations. - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently. - Contribute to sales target and the overall performance of the team. - Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. - Support promotional activities and store events when needed. Requirements: - 0 to 1 year of experience in a sales or retail role. - Bahraini national. - Ability to work for 1 to 2 additional paid hours as required. - Wear company-provided uniform.
