Job details
This position is responsible for maintenance and space management of store as per the Zajil / KEMS Management Corporate Policy & procedures. Key responsibilities include receiving, storing, and issuing items. Keep up-to-date stock of stationary and minimum inventory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- To receive all items into the Store ensuring that they are as detailed on supporting documentation (delivery notes, receiving reports, purchasing orders etc...) and updating in GP against the PO.
- To receive all returns items into store and updating in GP and arranging for re-use the items.
- To properly store/stock tools and goods in an orderly manner.
- To issue items against store requisition and updating in GP accordingly.
- To keep all store area under control in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
- Preparing Goods Issue Voucher against SR as daily Basis.
- Receiving Hardware with status of Returned by clients and prepare Receive voucher.
- Daily basis update the GP transaction in ZEO.
- Taking Physical Inventory by weekly Basis.
- Preparing the RFP to Stationary items in Epro.
- Making Shipment of Documents and other hardware Devices by DHL using By DHL Access.
- Preparing the Transfer Voucher against Hardware to the Showroom.
- Making Filing and Documentation daily basis.
- Receiving goods from vendor against PO and Make sure quantity that requested and report to Procurement, Prepare GRV, creating Bin label to make locations for the Received Materials.
- Handling Daily Task of store Department.
- Focus on Moving line to maintain the Reorder and Stock level.
- Daily Update in the GP.
- Capable of handling any material needs, solving material problems and inventory control issues as they arise.
- Capable of updating computer generated inventories and documents.
- Problem Solving skills.
