JOB TITLE: Brand Lead REPORTS TO: Franchise Head One Rare LOCATION: Riyadh JOB PURPOSE Strategically manage and promote product or brand-related activities, ensuring successful market performance and maximizing positive impact on patients’ health while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with healthcare professionals. KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead commercial operations of a therapy area by effective planning and execution around the patient journey.
  • Use and interpret appropriate data to inform and make robust strategic and investment decisions.
  • Accelerate reach through digital channels while remaining consistent with the global business strategy.
  • Lead, develop, and execute effective omnichannel campaigns aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Build the required scientific evidence to support brand differentiation and competitive mindset.
  • Ensure securing treatment supply through frequent insightful long-range demand planning.
  • Track and evaluate performance versus defined performance measures and targets.
  • Build, expand and strengthen patient services to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Identify and execute key projects and initiatives to shorten the diagnosis time and identify patients.
  • Reshape the RD ecosystems via strategic partnerships with governments, associations, and healthcare institutions.
  • Accelerate growth of the franchise.
  • Formulate and roll out a competitive pricing strategy to ensure brand/portfolio’s market competitiveness and profitability.
  • Provide overall direction and vision for the sales team to develop the team’s scientific, operational, and business direction as well as lifting their knowledge and disease communication capabilities.
  • Conduct effective internal meetings and interactions to drive business output including Operational Review Meetings, Brand Team Meetings, Induction Trainings, Demand Review meetings, and other relevant meetings.
  • Participate in country reviews and network to align local strategies and represent local opportunities and progress.
  • Ensure robust P&L management to ensure profitability and rewarding BOI.
  • Position Sanofi as a partner of choice for External Experts and thought Leaders through patient focus and high-quality disease & product knowledge.
  • Ensure the team conducts daily tasks in alignment with our values, policies, and SOPs.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Core Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • More than 4 years of experience in or equivalent in the medical/scientific field.
Advantageous experience:
  • Master’s in business administration (MBA).
  • Understanding of Gulf/KSA market dynamics.
  • Required Skills: Strategic thinking, analytical skills, ability to drive cross-functional teams, agile and able to adapt to changes based on business needs, ability to prioritize, communication skills, goal-driven and a team player. Multicultural knowledge and understanding.
