Job Description

Cash Management: Oversee cash flow, ensuring the organization has sufficient funds to meet its obligations. Investment Management: Manage the organization's investment portfolio to maximize returns while minimizing risks. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports on treasury activities to senior management and the board of directors. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Bank Relationships : Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms and fees.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience : Extensive experience in treasury management, financial risk management, or a similar role. Skills: Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and treasury operations. Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risks. Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement financial strategies. Leadership : Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively lead the treasury team. Communication : Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
